COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC
Starting Wednesday, October 6, COVID-19 vaccine clinics will be held at the Butler County Educational Service Center at 400 N. Erie Blvd., Suite A, Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Vaccine clinics will no longer be offered outdoors at our office.

2. Complete the vaccine screening questions and click 'Continue'
3. Enter your zip code OR 45011 and click 'Continue'
3. Find 'Butler County Educational Service Center' and click 'See all availability'
4. Choose an available appointment time and click 'Continue'

Pre-registration is preferred, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome!
