Plumbing Inspector
Conducts plumbing inspections to ensure conformity to all state and local laws and regulations. This includes underground, structural, and final inspections as well as medical gas inspections under the supervision of the Chief Plumbing Inspector. Consults with plumbing contractors, homeowners and hospitals regarding new installations and repairs of existing installations – this includes plan review.
Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS I) or Environmental Health Specialist in-Training (EHSIT)
Conducts routine and complex inspections, testing, sampling, and vector control duties in state-mandated programs. Initiates and recommends enforcement actions and follow-up procedures.
