Annual and Financial Reports

The Ohio Revised Code requires all local health departments in Ohio to collect and report on public health indicators each year. This includes reporting on health topics such as infectious disease control, community engagement, healthy promotion, emergency preparedness, and others.

ANNUAL REPORT 2023
In 2023, Butler County General Health District faced a complex mix of public health challenges, including the ongoing opioid epidemic, the return to “normal” public health initiatives, and the de-escalation of many of the previous years' COVID-19 practices and interventions.

FINANCIAL STATEMENT 2023
The District's basic financial statements consist of government-wide financial statements, including a statement of net position - cash basis and a statement of activities - cash basis, and fund financial statements which provide a more detailed level of financial information.
