Vaccine Appointments Available for April 28 and 30

COVID-19 VACCINATION CLINICS 
To access available appointments, choose one of the below links and choose an available time slot. Follow the directions and prompts to confirm an appointment. If appointments are still available, individuals without access to the internet and/or a computer can call 513-887-3130 to schedule with BCGHD staff over the phone. If you have access to the internet and appointments are full, please be patient and check back frequently. 

Who's eligible to sign-up for a COVID-19 Vaccine? 
The below appointments are available to individuals 18 years or older needing their first dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.  Details about scheduling for the second dose will be given at the time of your first appointment.  


WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY APPOINTMENT? 

1. Please arrive at at your scheduled time, but not before. Event Location: Butler County Fairgrounds - 1715 Fairgrove Ave, Hamilton, OH 45011

2. Please bring an ID with you to your appointment. You do not need to show proof of citizenship or residency status. Your identification will still be accepted if it is expired or from another state or country.

 3. Registration/Consent Form 

4. Please bring and wear a mask when interacting with staff

5. Please come prepared to wait. We will move individuals through the process as quickly as we can, but it could take some time and we ask for your patience.


TRANSPORTATION NEEDS?
Butler County RTA (BCRTA) can help! Visit their website at https://www.butlercountyrta.com/covid-vaccination-transportation/ to see a map that shows all the pharmacies (appointments required) offering COVID-19 vaccines.

Fixed Routes - FREE
Visit Butler County RTA’s in the area giving out vaccines and which fixed route one can take to get to the pharmacy.

Curb to Curb Service - FREE
This service is for people that may already have a vaccine appointment at a pharmacy (does NOT include the Butler County Fairgrounds) and cannot take a fixed route. To schedule Curb to Curb services, call 513-785-5237 and tell the booking agent the trip is to get vaccinated.

Group Trips
These groups have already organized their own vaccine transportation to and from the Butler County Fairgrounds with BCRTA. Each group coordinates their own schedules, appointments and riders. Please reach out to the local coordinator to learn more and reserve your ride.
