If you have access to the internet and appointments are full, please be patient and check back frequently. 

Who's eligible to sign-up for a COVID-19 Vaccine? 
The below appointments are available to individuals 18 years or older needing their first dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.  Details about scheduling for the second dose will be given at the time of your first appointment.
